Common 'Chrome' Academy 101

This workshop is designed to teach you how to use the Chromebook and Chrome Browser. This academy will harness your collaboration and creation power by building strong foundational skills to create limitless possibilities. This is 3 hours to support your own projects to help with instruction.
Learning Objectives:
o Recognize the educational features to your Chromebook
o Recognize the educational features to your Chrome browser
o Utilize Extensions and Apps
o Design an efficient setup in Google Drive
o Interact with Google Docs, Presentations, and Drawing
o Manage the Chromebook and Chrome Browser Environment
o Create Instructional Connections to CCSS, Habits of Mind, 21st Century Skills, and College and Career Readiness
Audience:
K-12 Teachers, Administrators, Professional Developers
Participants must bring their own laptop not tablet.
