Nancy has been teaching in one way or another most of her life. She is a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer, and holds several degrees, including a Master's degree in Educational Technology. Since 2012, she has worked in the Las Virgenes Unified School District as a media specialist, helping teachers integrate technology into their classrooms. She is passionate about helping other educators to innovate their practices and has presented at National, Fall, and local CUE conferences, at multiple Ed Tech Team Google Summits, and various other events. A firm believer in collaborative professional development, Nancy is the founder of PLAYDATE Los Angeles, one of the hosts of the TLC.ninja podcast, and is a member of the edcampLAN and edcampVC organizing teams.
