Institute for Student Astronomical Research
Science and Technology Educational Consultant
I have an M.S. in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and have been in chemistry education since 2000. I recently spent 3 years doing research on chemistry education at Sonoma State University in addition to teaching chemistry in the classroom and online for Stanford University Online High School. I am also an amateur astronomer and give public presentations on astronomy and cosmology at the Robert Ferguson Observatory. I am currently the Assistant Instructor for the Institute for Student Astronomical Research. I attended the MERIT program in the summer of 2013 at the KCI at Foothill College in Los Altos which jump-started my Ed Tech journey.
